Recipes
This is a selection of some of my favourite recipes from across México.
My time spent travelling the Pacific coastline was the inspiration for the Aguachile, a dish similar to Ceviche.

One of my most loved tacos, Cochinita Pibil, brings back fond memories from when I lived and studied in Yucatán and it goes with out saying the the hearty Birria from the northern Mexican states, is a classic.

No Mexican meal should start without Guacamole. Every family has their own recipe and mine has been handed down to me from mi abuela.

If you’re creating a feast with family and friends, all of these dishes are great to share, complimenting each other perfectly, otherwise you can enjoy them as stand alone meals.

Have a great time creating these recipes, I certainly did.
Buen provecho!
